Kathy is the most amazing realtor and person! This was our first experience purchasing a home and she made it as low stress as possible. She worked hard for us during the whole process – from helping us search for potential homes and sending us walkthrough videos to linking us up with a new mortgage lender when ours failed us. We were living in Philadelphia, PA and couldn’t see the homes in person, so her advice, input, and expertise was crucial to us. Kathy had sold a house for us in the past – over the course of a weekend in fact! We had listed it on a Friday and it was under contract by Monday. I would absolutely recommend Kathy for your next sale or purchase.

Kathy Stastka is absolutely fantastic. She is highly attentive and sensitive to the needs of the customer. She understands the magnitude of buying a home, and puts the customer above all else. She treats each individual customer as if they are the only ones she is working with. Highly relatable. Down-to-earth. Fantastic to deal with. Not only would I HIGHLY recommend Kathy Stastka, but she is the ONLY realtor that I would recommend.

Kathy made selling our beloved waterfront cabin as pleasant as possible. She was always uplifting and ready to give advice in what had been a hard decision to sell our summer/weekend cabin of over 40 years. Occassional setbacks couldnt deter her sweet attitude in giving us confidence there was a buyer out there that wanted our cabin.

My husband and I met Kathy through a mutual friend. She was very helpful and organized when we were making the long-distance move to the area in 2014. When we decided to move again in 2017, we didn’t hesitate to call Kathy to be our agent. We had done our initial homework and had a very specific area in mind for our move. Kathy worked to keep us in that area. As we navigated the purchase process, Kathy remained our ally and often pointed out items of concern on home inspections and with the builder. I will not hesitate to recommend Kathy to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable agent in the Baldwin County area.

Kathy was a joy to work with. She is diligent, knowledgeable, timely, wise, kind, and responsive. Buying and selling real estate can be emotional, challenging, and sometimes a bit scary. Kathy lessons all of trying aspects of a real estate transaction. For me she made it fun. I would highly recommend Kathy and if I decide to sell again she will be my realtor.
